Heritage Farms is a family owned farm nestled in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley in the beautiful historic Village of Peninsula, Ohio.

Known for its rich history, beautiful scenery, and a supportive community, Peninsula and the Cuyahoga River Valley area are home to many small businesses driven by an entrepreneurial, pioneering spirit. Here you will discover the village has a a strong agricultural heritage and the legacy of the Ohio & Erie canal which ran thru Peninsula. Today there are numerous local business to visit along with numerous contemporary working artisans and craftspersons in the valley.

Heritage Farms has been a part of this history since1848 and nearly 175 years! The Farm has been family owned and operated for five generations. It has gone through many agricultural transformations since its beginning as a canal boat building operation. These transformations include having been a potato farm, a dairy farm, a beef cattle farm and a Christmas tree farm.

 

Today, Heritage Farms is where families gather to buy their Christmas Trees in the winter, primitive camping beginning in the spring, hunt for treasures at the summer Peninsula Flea market and enjoy our family friendly fall pumpkin paradise each year.
